Today Jan.1 ,got to go to the drug store and get my medicine and on to the walmart to exchange a couple of gifts. Our Walmart doesn't have fabric anymore( Boo Hoo)so I Don't like going there much any more. My hubby took me the walmart in Bardstown ,Ky yesterday and they have a good collection of fabric. I buy the quilt of the month fabric and the quilt pattern is free. We had lunch out and also there was a place where lot of people goes and buy fresh sausages, my hubby loves sausage, but it is not one of my favorite. We headed home ,when by his work to pick up some papers, then we when on our way.Back home we rested a while and I when to my Mother in law to sat with her so my sister in law and husband could go to town. so this was my last day for 2010, a very good day!.........
Memories....... When we was young and at home we would be off on school break, Being at home playing with our new Christmas toy , we would just get one gift and some candy and fruit, we thought we had everything, we enjoy what we had but any way we know it was almost time to go back to school, we didn't want to but we know we had to, my baby brother would pretend to be sick sometime and didn't want to go to school and he would get by with it to, maybe not always but sometime, I thought how could he get by with this, but he was mom youngest and i guess she let him get by with stuff more than us, I was just thinking my grand will be back in school next week, some of them are ready to go back and some of them are not.Monday I will have little fellow and don't know about my cupcake, they will let me know Sunday, so the routine will be getting back to normal.................................................!
Happy first day of 2011!

  2. Connie, good to hear your family had a nice holiday.Things will definitely be getting back to normal. Glad to get a few warmer days, although my 2 grandkids would love to keep the snow a bit longer for sledding. I'm not much fun on these cold days.I can't handle the cold like I once did.I know you are looking forward to spending another great year with all your grand kiddies. Happy New Year to you all.
