  1. Nice pictures of the grands. Bet they had a great time. We picked ours up at school yesterday.Went with John to baseball practice, then to White Castle. Rhonda went, too.Nice outing for us all. The rain has slowed things up out in the yard, and things will grow like crazy now with all the rain. We'll probably be mowing all next week.

  2. Your grands look really cute in the pictures. I'm glad you had a good weekend with the family. I haven't been doing any sewing for a while now. I really need to get back to it. I went outside today to work in the yard but it's too wet from our last rain. Hope we don't have any more rain for a while.

  3. I..think...YOU...are amazing! I am barely just learning to sew. I can chop wood, process a chicken, tear down buildings but sewing? It is an art...and you are an artist! When all of us are busy complaining about "all this work" you care for that many children, cook, garden, clean AND sew amazing creations? WOW! I am looking forward to getting to know you!

  4. Hi Connie! We haven't 'talked' here in a long time! Glad you had such a good day. I do laundry on Sat and Sun nights...because we are third shifters. When he is at work, I start doing laundry. I agree with Lisa... you do a lot of work, esp with your grandchildren! They will have many fond memories of being with you when they are grown and that is soooo important! My mom will be gone one year this month, and my kids still miss their Gma...even though they have a bunch of kids now themselves. You're never too old for your grandma! :)
